'Holistic Weight Management'

You already know what to do but you're not doing it.

You want to lose weight and feel better, yet staying consistent is a constant struggle. Diets feel restrictive, unrealistic, or out of sync with your lifestyle. You start something, then stop. And the cycle repeats.

You're not alone.

Most women don’t need another plan: they need support, structure, and to feel seen and heard.

That’s what I offer.

Through my coaching approach, we focus on the real roots: your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality — before food even enters the conversation.

 

With weekly sessions, we’ll build clarity, routines, and realistic strategies that feel personal, not pressured.

Step 1: Identify and Clarify

We begin by identifying and clarifying your health goals. We explore where you currently are, your daily habits, your lifestyle, and your surroundings.

Step 3: Recognize the Obstacles

We explore the challenges and obstacles that are holding you back. What’s stopping you from staying consistent or losing weight? We look at patterns, habits, and emotional blocks with honesty and compassion.

Step 2: Envision Your Ideal Wellness

We define your wellness goal — your ideal scenario. What would feeling healthy, confident, and energized look like for you?

Step 4: Create Your Personalized Plan

We develop weekly action steps and strategies to help you move closer to your health goals. I’ll support you with weekly coaching and keep you accountable, helping you build self-discipline.

My approach to Holistic Weight Management isn’t about strict rules, fad diets or quick fixes.

It’s about helping you understand your habits, your motivation, and creating lasting lifestyle shifts that support consistent weight management.

I was struggling with weight gain for many years, with BMI more than 40. Other than obesity I became an emotional, binge eater. I was frustrated with low energy, multiple failed attempts to stick to a diet. I approached Mahwish for a few sessions, which were a breath of fresh air and changed my life completely. I got interested in coaching because I felt that i am at a stage in my life where i needed to get out of my routine and needed change.
